Description:
This 45 year-old patient had gender-affirming breast augmentation with silicone, moderate projection, 445 cc implants placed above the muscle. She also had fat grafting to the upper pole of the breast and cleavage area.

She had an implant exchange with implants of identical size and projection and also a bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) to correct slight sagging of the breasts and to bring the nipple to a more normal position.

This 48 year-old patient with prior breast augmentation presented with sagging of the breasts over the implants (waterfall deformity).
