This 24 year-old patient from Seattle, WA had gender-affirming breast augmentation with silicone, 255 cc, round, moderate profile implants placed under the muscle. She also had periareolar mastopexies to make the areola less prominent and to round the breast. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
