Description:

This 53 year-old patient from Seattle, WA had previously undergone gender-affirming chest contouring at an outside facility and was seeking a second opinion for revision. Revisions included chest contouring with removal of nipple grafts, fat grafting to the middle of the chest and liposuction of the upper chest. He also had a high lateral tension abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and inner thigh liposuction. Unlike a traditional tummy tuck, the HLTA allows aggressive lipo-contouring of the upper abdomen, a lower scar that is easier to hide, and a mini lateral thigh lift.
