Description:
This 28 year-old patient from Seattle, WA had breast augmentation revision. The revision included replacing the implants with larger implants (round, silicone, 195cc, moderate profile) and mesh reinforcement to prevent the malposition from reoccurring. She also had fat grafting to the cleavage area and upper pole to hide implant rippling. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
