Description:
This 35 year-old patient had gender-affirming breast augmentation with fat grafting and no implants. She also had periareolar mastopexies to make the areola less prominent and to round the breast.
Patient 12
Description:
This 28 year-old patient had breast augmentation revision. The revision included replacing the implants with larger implants (round, silicone, 195cc, moderate profile) and mesh reinforcement to prevent the malposition from reoccurring. She also had fat grafting to the cleavage area and upper pole to hide implant rippling.

Description:
This 20 year-old patient had gender-affirming chest contouring with free nipple grafts. The incision was connected across the mid-line to improve contour and prevent dog ears in the middle of the chest (excess folds of skin at the end of the incision). Patient 18
Description:
In addition to a breast reduction, this 52 year-old patient had a continuation of the breast incision under the arm (axillary lift) and across the back (back lift) plus liposuction to improve contouring of her sides, underarms and back. She also had liposuction of the tank top bulge to flatten and smooth the armpit.

Description:
This young patient had significant implant malposition from prior saline breast augmentation with her previous plastic surgeon. She underwent implant removal, pocket restructuring with mesh, and re-augmentation with silicone implants.

This 29 year-old patient had a bilateral breast reduction (409 gram right breast reduction and 349 gram left breast reduction).
