Description:
This 52 year-old patient from Salem, OR had massive weight loss resulting in significant breast deflation and drooping. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) with mesh reinforcement (internal bra) and fat grafting. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.

This 35 year-old patient from Shoreline, WA underwent breast augmentation using fat grafting alone, without implants. Using fat harvested from the abdomen and flanks, 225 cc was transferred to each breast to enhance breast projection and shape (most evident in the side view).
