Description:
This 23 year-old patient from Portland, OR had gender-affirming breast augmentation with silicone, 275 cc, moderate profile implants placed above the muscle. She also had fat grafting to the upper pole and cleavage area. She also had periareolar mastopexies to make the areola less prominent and to round the breast. (Tattoos have been edited to maintain anonymity.) Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
