Patient 1
Description:
This patient had a back lift as an extension of an axillary lift and liposuction. This procedure was performed to smooth contouring in the flanks. The incision is hidden discreetly in the bra line.
Patient 2
Description:
This 48 year-old patient had a high lateral tension abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Unlike a traditional tummy tuck, the HLTA allows aggressive liposuction contouring of the upper abdomen, a lower scar that is easier to hide and a mini lateral thigh lift.
Patient 3
Description:
This athletic 41 year-old patient underwent a mommy makeover (breast and abdominal rejuvenation). For her breasts, she had a mastopexy/reduction. Additionally, she had liposuction to her abdomen and flanks to target stubborn, exercise-resistant fat deposits.

Patient 5
Description:
This 41 year-old patient underwent a mommy makeover (breast and abdominal rejuvenation). She had a slight waterfall deformity from her previous breast implants and underwent implant removal, mastopexy (breast lift) with absorbable mesh, and re-augmentation using round, silicone, full profile 345 cc implants (Natrelle). She also had a High Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty (HLTA tummy tuck). Tattoos have been edited to maintain anonymity.
Patient 6
Description:
This 47 year-old patient had a mini tummy tuck and umbilical hernia repair. Her concerns included loose belly skin and a hernia popping out near her belly button. This patient did not require liposuction and did not have an extreme amount of excess skin thus only had a mini tummy tuck instead of a full abdominoplasty in order to achieve a flatter and tighter stomach.

This 34 year-old patient had a Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty for massive weight loss. In addition to a traditional tummy tuck incision (bikini incision), this also includes a vertical abdominal incision to remove extra abdominal skin and tighten upper abdominal contour. The Fleur-de-lis is often required following massive weight loss.
