Description:

This 28 year-old patient from Bothell, WA had sub-fascial breast augmentation with 545-SSX (Natrelle, extra full projection) smooth, round, silicone implants. She also had fat grafting for improved cleavage and upper pole shaping. (Tattoos have been edited to maintain anonymity). Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
