This 35 year-old patient from Seattle, WA had sub-fascial breast augmentation with 265 cc Natrelle, full projection, smooth, round, silicone implants. She also had fat grafting for improved cleavage and upper pole shaping. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
