Description:
This 35 year-old patient from Shoreline, WA underwent breast augmentation using fat grafting alone, without implants. Using fat harvested from the abdomen and flanks, 225 cc was transferred to each breast to enhance breast projection and shape (most evident in the side view). Postoperative photos taken at ~ 3 months. (Tattoos have been edited to maintain anonymity.)
