Description:
This 48 year-old patient from Wenatchee, WA with prior breast augmentation presented with sagging of the breasts over the implants (waterfall deformity). This 52 year-old patient from Seattle, WA had a bilateral breast reduction (587 gram right breast reduction and 688 gram left breast reduction). In addition, she wanted to smooth and contour the underarm bra line area and back roll area – she had an extended incision that continued from the breast through the underarm and around the back to sculpt the entire upper torso. The lateral axillary lift (also known as an ancillary breast procedure) is an extension of the incision under the arm to improve contouring and smooth the sides and underarms.
