Description:
This 26 year-old patient from West Seattle, WA had gender-affirming breast augmentation with silicone, 230 cc, low profile implants placed under the muscle. She also had fat grafting to the upper pole and cleavage area. She also had periareolar mastopexies to make the areola less prominent and to round the breast. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
