Description:

This 48 year-old patient from Wenatchee, WA with prior breast augmentation presented with sagging of the breasts over the implants (waterfall deformity). She underwent implant removal, breast lift (mastopexy) with absorbable mesh reinforcement and fat grafting to the upper poles of the breasts. See Dr. Gougoutas’ blog here on the waterfall deformity. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
