This 76 year-old patient from Seattle, WA had congenital breast asymmetry with right breast implant previously placed approximately 30 years ago. She underwent right breast implant removal, mastopexy with absorbable mesh (internal bra), and fat grafting. Post-operative photos taken at ~ 3 months.
