Description:

This 36 year-old patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies followed by pre-pectoral, implant based reconstruction with motiva implants (450cc, full profile implants). She also underwent fat grafting to the upper poles and right-sided periareolar mastopexy for symmetry. Post-operative photos taken at ~3 months.
