Description:

This 60 year-old patient from Newcastle, WA had previous implant-based breast reconstruction following bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies.  She underwent extensive fat grafting to both breasts to improve contour and cleavage volume. Post-operative photos taken at 3 months.
