Description:

This 41 year-old patient from Maple Valley, WA with prior breast augmentation presented with slight sagging of the breasts over the implants (waterfall deformity). She underwent implant removal, mastopexy (breast lift) with absorbable mesh, and re-augmentation using round, silicone, full profile 345 cc implants (Natrelle). She also had a tummy tuck.
